Ingredients

  • black bread buns - 5 - 6 pcs. dietary
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • eggplants - 1 pc. small
  • red onion - 1 small onion
  • mushrooms - 6 - 7 pcs.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • mustard

How to make

Clean the vegetables. Cut the carrots, onion and zucchini into circles. Season them with salt and marinate with olive oil.

Dice the eggplant and put it in salted water, so that it releases its bitter taste.

Heat the grill pan and put the carrots, onions and zucchini in it to grill.

Add the chopped mushrooms, stir and cook, until the mushrooms and vegetables soften. Pour them into a separate container.

Do the same with the eggplants.

Mix all the products. Cut the bread buns down the middle.

Put on the bottom piece 3-4 tbsp. of the filling and cover it with the other part of the bread.

Serve the burgers with mustard, if desired.

The dietary burgers are ready.
