How to make
The onion, carrot, pepper and celery stalks are cut into small pieces and fried in oil, until they soften.
The water is pour and after it boils, the diced potatoes are added. Add as much salt to the broth as you like.
When the potatoes are semi-cooked, add the noodles and the ground or pureed tomatoes.
The potato soup is boiled a little longer and when it is done it is removed from the heat.
Add ground black pepper and finely chopped fresh parsley.
After it cools down a little, it is thickened with an egg beaten in yogurt.
The vegetarian potato noodle soup is ready.
