How to make
Place 7 oz (200 g) of the coconut flakes in a blender and blend, until a slightly moist mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix it with the agave (or honey), vanilla and coconut oil.
Leave the coconut candy mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into small balls and place hazelnuts or almonds in the middle.
Roll the small coconut candies in the remaining 1.8 oz (50 g) of the coconut shavings.
