How to make
Dice the beetroot and season it with olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
In a bowl, mash the cheese with the cottage cheese, crushed garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, black pepper and dill. If necessary, add salt or more lemon juice.
Toast the nuts in a non greased pan - first the walnuts, then the sesame seeds or vice versa. Do not do it together, because logically the sesame needs less time.
Mix the flavored beets with the nuts and place scoops of the sauce on the side.
Garnish the beetroot salad with fresh dill sprigs and serve the delicious salad.
