How to make
Mix the flour and sift it.
Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of warm milk, add the sugar and salt. Stir and pour the mixture into the flour. Crack the eggs, add the oil and the remaining milk.
Knead a soft dough (if necessary, add more flour).
Cover the dough with foil and leave it to rise in a warm place.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flatbread.
Heat a thick bottomed skillet over medium heat. Grease the bottom with butter and bake the flatbreads on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
After removing each flatbread, spread it with butter and sprinkle it with salt.
The skillet flatbreads with soy flour are ready.
