How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into about 1 cm thick circles.
Season with salt according to your taste, turmeric, chili and black pepper.
Place the seasoned potatoes in a heated pan with melted butter and fry them for about 4-5 minutes on one side and about 4-5 on the other.
Turn the potatoes in the pan only once. After you remove them from the pan, sprinkle them with dried thyme.
