How to make
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into pieces and blanch them in salted water.
Immediately put the blanched broccoli and cauliflower into cold water.
Beat the eggs with the cream, add the flour, mustard and half of the grated parmesan cheese.
Mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put baking paper in the tray, grease it and arrange the broccoli and cauliflower.
Pour the sauce over them and add the cherry tomato halves on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan, bake the cauliflower and broccoli casserole in a creamy sauce in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
