Ingredients

  • whole grain flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fine oatmeal - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • brown sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • coconut oil - 4 tbsp.
  • peanut butter - 3 full tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • chocolate drops - 2 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the butter with the sugar well.

Add the egg and vanilla and mix again.

Add the peanut butter and mix well again.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, oats, baking soda, salt and add them to the butter mixture.

Mix well and finally add the chocolate drops.

Place baking paper in a large tray and by using a teaspoon, place the oat biscuit mixture at a distance of approximately 2 cm apart (the size of a walnut).

In a heated oven at 390°F (200°C), bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, until the Coconut Oil Oatmeal Cookies aquire an appetizing color.
