  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 2 cups (if necessary, add more)
  • water - 2 cups
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • oil - for greasing the pan

How to make

Wash and grate the vegetables. Beat the eggs, add the vegetables and pour water.

Gradually add the flour, by stirring constantly, until a pancake mixture is obtained. Add salt and baking soda.

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased pan and bake 7-8 pancakes.

In each pancake, add some of the yogurt salad (it is desirable that the cucumber is grated on a grater).
