How to make

Start with the syrup. For this purpose combine all of the ingredients for it and after it boils, boil it for 5 minutes.

In a large non-stick frying pan, melt the butter and add the oil. Heat them well.

Pour the semolina and stir continuously, until it changes color slightly. Pour the finished syrup while stirring continuously and boil for another 3 minutes, until it has thickened.

Divide the mixture into bowls and set them aside to cool.

During this time, make your glaze, mix all of the ingredients (by breaking the chocolate into blocks) in a metal saucepan, place it on low heat and boil, until the chocolate has completely melted into a smooth mixture.

Pour the souffle into the bowls with the glaze and leave it to cool completely.

When serving, turn the dessert over onto a plate with the chocolate glaze underneath.

The Greek Semolina Dessert is very tasty.
