How to make
The potatoes are peeled and cut into not very thick slices.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with paprika and black pepper. Add the oil and mix all of the potatoes.
Arrange them on a heated and greased grill plate. When they have aquired an appetizing color on one side, turn them over to cook them on the other side as well.
When ready, transfer them into a bowl with a lid. Sprinkle them with as much salt as you like.
The lid is placed on and the baked potatoes are shaken vigorously to get the salt to stick to each one.
Serve the warm potatoes on a plate and if desired add some white cheese.
