How to make
Place the fruit from the compote in the blender. Pour some of the syrup, add the mint leaves, 1-2 tbsp. of honey and blend, until a smooth nectar is obtained.
Pour the drink into tall glasses and garnish it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Garnish the shake with whole mint leaves and serve it.
The ice peach nectar with mint is ready.
