How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel and cut them in half. Carve them out carefully.
Fry the diced ham, the onion and the carved out potatoes in the butter.
Remove them from the heat and add the finely chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and spices.
Stir well. Fill the carved out potato halves with the resulting mixture.
Stick them two by two, by pressing them well. Roll them in flour, beaten eggs and again in flour.
Fry the stuffed potatoes in heated fat, until they aquire a golden color.
The breaded stuffed potatoes with ham and cheese are ready.
