How to make
This is an unique tarator recipe - enjoy!
The yogurt is beaten very well. The cucumber is washed and peeled. Cut it into small cubes.
The spring onions are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. The same is done with the pepper.
Add the chopped cucumber, onion and pepper to the yogurt. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix very well.
The olives are cut into circles and added to the yogurt. Mix very well.
Water is added with continuous stirring.
The Tarator with Peppers and Olives is served chilled.
Serve the delicious tarator with the favorite fried meatballs, potato casserole, oven-baked zucchini or another favorite dish.
