  • chicken - 500 g
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • noodles - 1 handful
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • fresh parsley
  • For the thickener
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup

How to make

The chicken meat, suitable for soup is placed in a pot and boiled, until a froth is obtained.

The water is discarded and the meat is transferred into the ceramic container of the crock pot.

Add the finely chopped onion, carrot, pepper and potatoes into pieces.

Pour warm water, add a little oil, as much salt as you like and one whole chili pepper, if desired.

The appliance is switched on at the second stage for four hours.

Half an hour before the cooking time is up, add the noodles and one grated tomato.

When the chicken soup is ready, sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped fresh parsley.
