How to make
Beat the eggs. Add the cream and oil.
In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients and add them to the liquid. Mix well and add the grated and strained apples.
Grease tartlet molds. Distribute the mixture and fill 2/3 of them.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes. Take them out and leave them to cool.
Make the filling by peeling and dicing the pears. Mix them with the sugar and boil them, until a jam is obtained. Finally, add the orange peel and a pinch of ginger.
Mix well and fill the tartlets.
Melt the chocolate and spread it on the sides of the tartlets. Bread them with the grinded nuts.
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the cream and beat, until a fluffy cream is obtained.
Fill a piping bag with a star shaped tip and decorate the tartlets.
The apple tartlets with pear filling are very tasty.
