How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.2″ (5 mm) thick circles. Cut each circle in half, but not all the way through. Season them with salt and prepare the filling.
Knead the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and the spices. Grab a circle and spread it out slightly.
Put 1 tsp. from the stuffing. Press it lightly to seal it.
Dip them first in flour, then in eggs and fry the potato meatballs, until they aquire a golden color.
