Ingredients

  • couscous - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • vegetable broth - 3 cups
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • tomato puree - 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • red onion - 2 onions
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the couscous in the vegetable broth and strain it.

Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil along with the tomato puree.

Pour the mixture over the couscous and season with lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
