How to make
It's best to wash the lentils in several waters and soak them for a day. They are then boiled in clean water.
Strain and place them in a bowl.
The cucumber and carrot are finely chopped or grated into small cubes. Finely chop the hot pepper.
Mix the vegetables and lentils in a bowl.
Add finely chopped parsley.
Prepare a dressing in a small jar from olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and crushed garlic.
After adding the products, the jar is closed with a lid and shaken to mix the ingredients. The prepared dressing is mixed with the lentil salad.
When serving, sprinkle with parsley again.
The dietary salad with lentils is light, nutritious and full of useful substances.
