The cleaned and washed blueberries are covered with the sugar and water and are left for 2 hours, by stirring occasionally, so that the sugar can dissolve.
Boil for about 30 minutes from the moment of boiling and add the lemon juice.
Leave it on the hob for another 5-10 minutes, then pour, while it is still hot into the jars that have been washed, dried and heated in the microwave for a minute.
Tighten the lids of the blueberry jam and immediately turn them over with the lids facing down.
Leave them to cool for a few hours.
The jars of this wonderful homemade blueberry jam with gelling sugar do not need to be boiled any futher!
