Ingredients

  • macaroni - 5.3 oz (150 g) or rigatoni
  • tuna fish - 4.2 oz (120 g) canned
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • olives - 1.8 oz (50 g) green, pitted
  • parmesan - 3 tbsp. (grated)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package.

Strain them and drizzle them with 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil. Stir well.

Heat 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pan. Add the diced tomatoes, two tablespoons of tomato paste, season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, add the halved olives and the tuna.

Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.

In a large bowl, pour the cooked macaroni, add the cooked sauce and two tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Stir well.

Line a 6.3″ (16 cm) detachable baking mold with baking paper.

Pour the macaroni in it and level it out. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Bake the oven-baked macaroni at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Transfer the oven-baked macaroni with tuna and olives into a plate and serve it immediately!
