  • linden - 1 tsp. flowers
  • thyme - 1 tsp. flowers
  • cranberry leaves - 1 tsp.
  • water - 3 4/5 cups (900 ml)
  • brown sugar - 3 tsp. Muscovado

How to make

Pour the three types of herbs into a pot – linden, thyme and cranberry leaves.

Heat the water in an electric kettle and pour the tea while it is hot.

Pour 1 tsp. of Muscovado brown cane sugar into 3 cups and pour the tea through a strainer. Stir and serve it hot for a full warming effect!

Linden soothes, thyme inspires and cranberry leaves have an anti-inflammatory and strengthening effect!
