measures

How to make

The magic aromatic linden tea is used in the form of infusion.

Two or three teaspoons of dried flowers are brewed with 1 and 1/2 cups (300 ml) of boiling water.

Leave to soak for 25-30 minutes, strain and drink it all at once (two or three glasses a day).

The valuable qualities of aromatic linden tea are due to the large amount of vitamins A and C, antioxidant flavonoids and tannins it contains.

An interesting fact is that linden is especially rich in selenium and 2 cups of tea a day can cover some of the body's normal needs.

Therefore, it is very suitable for diseases of the thyroid gland.

The unique aroma is due to the essential oil contained in its blossoms.

The main action of linden tea is diaphoretic, antipyretic and diuretic in flu, bronchial catarrh, angina, pneumonia, fever, inflammation of the kidneys and bladder.

It is also prescribed as an anti-inflammatory agent for inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, a functional disease of the stomach and intestines.

The calming and antispasmodic effect of the linden concoction has also been established.

Folk medicine also recommends it for dizziness, epilepsy, skin rashes, headaches, hysteria.

Externally, the herb is used for baths for neuroses and for gargling for inflammation of the throat and oral cavity.

In these cases, it is good to add honey and lemon juice to it.

Linden tea is known to increase bile secretion. For this reason, it is also recommended for people who have mild problems with the gallbladder and/or bile ducts.

In them, tea will significantly improve digestion, especially if we add mint leaves and rosemary.
