How to make
Cook the potatoes along with their skins. Once cool, peel and cut them into cubes. Cut the meat, processed cheese and pickles into small cubes. Stir.
In a greased oven dish, put 1/3 of the potatoes, salt lightly, sprinkle with black pepper and oil. Cover the top with half of the mixture of cheese, pickles and smoked meat. Alternate between the potatoes and mixture this way. Finish with potatoes on top.
Beat the eggs with the flour and milk. Pour it over the gratin. The potatoes need to soak up the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 480°F (250 °C) for about 30 minutes.
