Ingredients

  • white flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • flour - 2.1 oz (60 g) graham
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml), lactose - free (1.5%)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • yeast - 0.15 oz (4 g)
  • olive oil - for greasing
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

Knead the dough in the bread maker machine from the listed products.

First, add the warm milk in the bowl of the bread maker.

Put the sugar at one end, the salt at the other and the oil in the middle. Finally, pour both sifted types of flour, make a well in them and add the yeast.

Turn on the bread maker machine and set it on the dough kneading mode (in this case it kneads for an hour and a half with rising).

Then form the bread buns and put them on a tray covered with parchment paper, spread them with olive oil and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

Cover the tray with foil and leave it in the oven, which is preheated to 120°F (50°C), so that the small bread buns can rise again.

As soon as they rise, bake at 340°F (170°C), or until they're fully baked and aquire an appetizing color.
