How to make
Cut the meat into juliennes and sprinkle them with all of the pepper spices and flour.
Fry it in a deep frying pan with butter on all sides.
Take it out and fry the onions and mushrooms in the same pan.
Pour the wine over them and stir, until the alcohol evaporates.
Pour the tomato sauce and stir.
Return the meat and salt it.
Pour the cream over the stewed beef, stir and remove it from the heat.
Sprinkle it with the remaining spices and serve it with a scoop of boiled rice.
The beef with mushrooms and tomato juice is very tasty.
