Ingredients

  • parsley - 4 large bunches
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • sping onions - 1 bunch
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) crumbled
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • fresh ginger - 1 tbsp. chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • soda - 1/2 tsp. or dry bread yeast
  • flour - 1 cup
  • corn flour - for rolling

How to make

Finely chop the parsley, dill and spring onions. Add garlic, salt, black pepper, crumbled cheese and eggs to them.

Mix the mixture well and knead it with the flour and yeast into a soft sticky dough. Leave it to rest, until it rises.

Heat oil for frying. With greased hands, shape the mixture into oval patties, roll them in corn flour or breadcrumbs and fry them, until they form an appetizing crust.
