To make the dish not only tasty, but also beautiful, shape the small potatoes like mushrooms with a sharp knife.
Make slits on the fresh sausages.
Put them in a pan with the heated olive oil and a small finely chopped onion and fry briefly. Pour the white wine, wait a minute for the alcohol to evaporate and add the chopped mushrooms and potatoes.
Season the dish with a pinch of parsley and black pepper. If you like lovage, you can add it as well - it tastes like it!
Pour about 4/5 cup (200 ml) of warm water. Cover the pot and stew, until the potatoes soften. Just before removing the pot of sausages with potatoes from the heat, thicken the sauce with flour dissolved in a cup of water.
Serve the sausages with mushrooms and potatoes with a salad if you like! It also goes well with pickled vegetables and green salad.
