Ingredients

  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • bacon - 0.3 oz (8 g)
  • parmesan - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • grated lemon peel
  • parsley - 1 pinch
  • pickles
  • potatoes
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • bread - 1 slice
  • garlic

How to make

Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix it with the egg, parmesan and the soaked and squeezed slice of bread.

Add the spices and lemon peel.

Knead the minced meat and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Arrange bacon in large baking pan onto parchment paper.

Form meatballs from the minced meat, flatten them slightly and place them on top of the bacon.

Add the pickle on top and wrap them.

Spread the finished rolls with a little olive oil and sprinkle them with a little black pepper and paprika.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Season them with salt, garlic, dill and olive oil.

Spread them around the rolls, pour a little white wine and olive oil over them and put them in the oven, until they're fully cooked.

The bacon wrapped minced meat rolls are very tasty.
