Ingredients

  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • dark chocolate - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • cocoa - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • rum - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • chopped peaches - 0.9 lb (400 g)

How to make

Break and melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Break the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat for 4-5 minutes with a wire whisk. Pour the oil, rum and milk into the bowl. Homogenize the products.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and cocoa. Add it in portions to the liquid mixture.

Put the peeled and cut into pieces peaches. Mix the products well.

Line a detachable cake tin (10″ - 26 cm) with baking paper. Pour the mixture and level it out.

Bake the roll at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven with a fan for about 35 minutes. Do not bake it for too long, so that it does not become dry.

Cool the chocolate cake with peaches and rum on a wire rack. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and then slice it!
