How to make
Put the egg whites in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat briefly. Pour all of the sugar at once and beat with a mixer, until a thick smooth cake cream is obtained.
On a piece of baking paper, draw a circle with a diameter of 9″ (23 cm). Pour the meringue mixture into the center of the circle and spread it with a spoon without going outside the outline of the circle.
Make a well in the middle. Bake at 210°F (100°C) for about 90 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the meringue base inside, until the oven cools down.
Pour 100 ml of cream into a saucepan and add the broken chocolate. Melt in a water bath, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Place the meringue base on a suitable tray.
Scoop some of the slightly cooled melted chocolate with a spoon and drizzle it over the Beautiful Pavlova Cake.
Whip 4/5 cup (200 ml) of sweetened cream and pour it into the well (centre) of the cake. Decorate the Easter Cake with colorful candy colored eggs and chocolate covered strawberries.
