Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g) Philadelphia
  • chicken steaks - 5 pcs. thinly sliced
  • dried tomatoes - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil - 3 - 4 fresh leaves

How to make

With a grater, cut the zucchini into thin strips. Salt them lightly, so that they can soften.

Spread them out on a large piece of cling film, grease it with olive oil and arrange the zucchini strips, by overlapping them slightly.

Season the chicken steaks with salt and a pinch of black pepper. Arrange them on top of the zucchini.

Put the white cheese, very finely chopped onion in a large bowl and season with black pepper. Mix the products very well. Spread the resulting savory cream on the steaks.

Sprinkle with the chopped dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves on top. Using the cling film, start rolling it up. Wrap it well and transfer the roll into a steamer.

Stew it for 15-20 minutes. Leave the finished roll to cool before slicing and serving it with a garnish of your choice!

The chicken roll with zucchini is very tasty.
