How to make
In a bowl, sift the flour with 1 tsp. of baking powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
In another bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Melt the butter, add the oil to it and mix.
Pour the fat in a thin stream into the beaten egg mixture. Add the flour in portions and finally - the chopped apples.
Homogenize the apple sweets mixture very well.
Line a large tray with baking paper. Scoop out some of the mixture with a spoon and pour it in a pile on the baking paper.
The aromatic sweets expand when baking, so leave some space.
Sprinkle each one with crystal sugar.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the warm soft apple sweets very lightly with powdered sugar.
