"You wont believe it, but you can make cauliflower pudding and everyone at home will be dying to eat it"

Ingredients

  • cauliflower - about 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • butter - 1 lump

How to make

Before I write the recipe I want to say that I did not expect it to be so delicious!

Cut the cauliflower into pieces. Boil water with one tablespoon of salt. Add the cauliflower and boil it for about 10 minutes. It should remain slightly crunchy.

Remove the pieces with a slotted spoon and leave them to drain well from the water. Separate the yolks from the whites.

Pour 4/5 cup (200 ml) of milk into a bowl, add the yolks, grated yellow cheese, one tablespoon of flour and salt.

Mix the products well. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer, until a white mixture is obtained. Add them to the first mixture. Homogenize.

Put the cauliflower in a baking pan. Cut the butter on it and pour the prepared fluffy mixture over everything else. Bake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Serve the gratin warm!
