How to make
The quantity of all products is up to you. The fish is cleaned from the entrails and heads and it is washed. Carefully separate the fillets, so that you don't tear them. They are arranged in a contaner and if the fish is fresh, the fillets are poured with enough water to cover them.
I used an ice cream box. It is placed in the freezer for two days.
If the fish is frozen, there is no need to freeze it again. This is done as much as possible to destroy microorganisms.
After removing the box from the freezer, the fillets must be defrosted and washed under running water.
Salt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, black pepper and cayenne pepper are mixed together and the marinade is made according to your taste - you have to taste it. Pour the fillets with enough water to cover them. They are left like this for about 2-2.30 hours. They are taken out, strained, arranged into a plate and drizzled with the oil.
Garnish with apple slices - medium sweet. When consuming them, eat a piece of apple and fish.
Each fillet, after drizzling it oil, can be wrapped around a slice of apple.
