Ingredients

  • potatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • nettles - 0.9 lb (400 г)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • paprika - 2 - 3 pinches
  • water - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil
  • salt
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.

  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

How to make

Grease the baking pan with oil. Add the chopped onion, the minced meat and the blanched nettles and fry them.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the onion and minced meat.

Stir, add the salt, paprika and nettles, stir again and add the tomatoes and water.

Bake the moussaka in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Make the topping by beating the eggs well with the yogurt and flour. Add a pinch of salt and pour it over the moussaka evenly.

Bake it for another 10-15 minutes until the moussaka topping is baked.
