How to make
Clean and wash the chicken. Dry it with kitchen paper.
Make a paste from olive oil, black pepper, paprika and salt. Coat the chicken well all over with the paste.
Leave it like that for 30-40 minutes.
Put the cooker on the roasting program for 5 minutes to heat up.
Separate the skin from the meat above the breast and add 2 lumps of butter.
Cut the lemon into 4 pieces and put it in the chicken along with the cleaned garlic cloves.
Put the chicken in the appliance and roast it for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Then turn the juicy roasted chicken over and roast it for another 30 minutes.
The roasted chicken in the multicooker can now be served.
