How to make
Beat the egg whites and sugar with the mixer very well (for 5 minutes).
The walnuts and flour are added spoon by spoon and are carefully mixed with a spatula, so that they do not lose volume.
Pour the mixture into a disposable piping bag and shape the walnut cookies onto baking paper.
Bake the walnut cookies at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
