How to make
Add just the egg yolk into the flour, add the sugar and beat with a fork.
Add the yoghurt with the baking soda already beaten in it, then the pork lard, vanilla and lemon zest. Knead a soft dough.
Tear off a small walnut-sized ball, flatten it with your palms, place a piece of Turkish delight in the middle and form it into a ball again. Beat the egg white with a fork.
Dip each ball in the egg white, roll in the ground walnuts and arrange in an oven dish. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
