How to make
Choose a cup with a capacity of 7 fl oz (200 ml).
First, clean the rice and wash it very well.
Then put it in a pot and add a tea cup of water.
Leave it like this on low heat, until it absorbs the water and swells.
Then add the milk and stir frequently, in order to prevent it from sticking. After the milk boils, add the sugar and vanilla.
Stir, until they dissolve very well.
When the rice pudding is ready, remove it from the heat, add the cherry jam and mix well.
Pour the rice pudding with cherry jam into cups and wait for it to cool.
