How to make
The bananas are mashed with a fork.
The almonds and raisins are grinded into flour.
Mix the bananas, baking powder, stevia, flour, almonds, raisins in a bowl.
Mix well with the vanilla and pour the mixture into a bread mold, which has been lined with baking paper and greased with oil in advance.
The sugar free banana bread is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 1 hour. When checking it with a toothpick, if it comes out dry, the bread is ready.
Once it is fully baked, the sweet bread is sliced and served with a scoop of ice cream of choice.
