How to make
The fish is cleaned from the scales and entrails and dried with kitchen paper. Season it inside and out with salt and ground black pepper.
In a cup, mix and stir the olive oil and 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
With the help of a sharp knife, make three slits on both sides of the skin of the sea bream (can also be another type of fish), then smear it inside and out with the prepared mixture. Two slices of lemon and sprigs of fresh thyme are placed in the belly.
Bake the fish on a greased on both sides hot plate for about eight minutes, or until it aquires a golden color.
When baking, it is periodically smeared with the mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.
It is served warm with an optional side dish of a slice of lemon.
The grilled sea bream on a hot plate is ready.
