Ingredients

  • potatoes - 7 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • tomato puree - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • oil
  • oregano

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash and dry them. Cut them into equally thick slices.

Put them in a bowl, sprinkle them with salt and pour a little fat. Mix them well.

Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 390°F (200°C), until they're done. Take them out and spread tomato puree on each potato slice.

Cover them with grated yellow cheese and sprinkle with oregano.

Place the roasted potatoes back into the oven, until the cheese is browned.
