How to make

In a pot in slightly salted water, put 1 pc. of bay leaf and a few peppercorns and boil the pork tongue, until it's done /60-90 minutes/.

Wait for it to cool and cut pork tongue into slices. Cut the onion and mushrooms into crescents, the carrot into circles and the pork fillet into strips. Heat the olive oil on the stove, add the onion, carrots and mushrooms.

Stir and wait for them to soften. Add the pork fillet, tongue, tomato juice to them and season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Add the wine, water and bay leaf.

Leave it to it simmer over low heat, until the water evaporates. Serve with a sprig of parsley.
