How to make
Clean the onion and cut it into thin crescents.
Roll the pork chops in olive oil with the meat seasoning and salt.
Leave them for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Roll each pork chop into a nest. Place the sliced onion on top of each nest.
In a pan greased with olive oil, arrange the nests.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
The Pork Leg Chops are very tasty.
