Ingredients

  • penne - 1 package (500 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • white brine cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • cream cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • processed cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parmesan (for sprinkling)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • white pepper
  • fresh basil (for decoration)

How to make

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped clove of garlic in the heated olive oil for seconds. If you don't like garlic in the dish, fry the clove cut into 2-3 larger pieces and then remove them.

Add the cheeses (cut into pieces) and stir, until they are combined well and have melted.

Add the cream and mix again, in order to mix the cheeses and cream well.

If the sauce has thickened too much, pour 1 ladle of the water in which the pasta is cooking.

Strain the cooked pasta and pour it over the cheeses. Stir and pour it into an ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle the penne with grated yellow cheese and the Parmesan and grill it for 5 minutes, until the cheeses have melted.

Garnish with fresh basil.
