How to make
I rolled the fish in flour with salt, black pepper and thyme. I arranged the fish onto baking paper, placed inside the baking tray and drizzled with fat on top.
I baked the fish in the oven at 390°F (200°C) until it was fully baked and it had aquired an appetizing color. I drizzled it with lemon juice.
The washed and cut into pieces broccoli, I stewed in oil with a little water and sprinkled with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
At home, the combination of hake with broccoli is a favorite.
