How to make
Caramelize the sugar in a suitable saucepan on the stove. Carefully add the hot milk and stir.
After the caramel has dissolved in the milk, pour the dissolved starch into a little water, by stirring constantly.
The cream starts to thicken immediately. Add the vanilla and salt, mix well and remove it from heat.
Pour the pudding into bowls and leave it chill for 2 hours. Garnish it with the almond flakes or a garnish of choice and serve it.
The Caramel Pudding is ready.
