How to make

Knead a dough from the flour, dry yeast, water, sugar, olive oil and salt. Put it in a bowl and spread it with olive oil. Leave it to rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into crescents and clean the spinach.

Heat the olive oil and briefly fry the onions. Add the spinach before removing from the heat and stir it well with the fried onions.

Make the spread in a bowl by mixing the olive oil with the herbs and salt and black pepper.

Spread out the risen dough onto a tray lined with baking paper. Leave it to rise briefly again. Make holes with your fingers to fill them with olive oil and spices.

Spread with half of the mixture for spreading. Spread the spinach and onions on top and stick the olives on the edge of the focaccia.

Drizzle with the remaining spread mixture and bake the focaccia in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

The focaccia with spinach and red onions is very tasty.
