How to make
To prepare the Japanese schnitzel, first we need to fry the breadcrumbs in 1 tbsp. of olive oil for a few minutes, until it aquires a golden color.
On each piece of loin, make several cuts across, then pound them and season them with salt and black pepper.
Roll each steak, first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake the meat for 20 minutes.
At the 10th minute, we have to turn the pork schnitzel.
For the Japanese Tonkatsu Sauce, mix ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, chili and sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
Serve the meat sliced and drizzled with the sauce.
For garnish, we can make cabbage salad.
